Thind Properties Burnaby

Managed and disposed of approximately 109,000 metric tonnes of impacted soil.

The Site is located on the west side of Beta Avenue at the southern end of Beta Avenue, in the City of Burnaby, BC. The soil will be analyzed, classified, excavated and sent for management and disposal at a permitted facility.

The Site is currently occupied by one warehouse building on the southern portion of the Site and the remainder of the Site is vacant in preparation for redevelopment. The Site is bordered to the north by the first phase of development, to the south by a railway track, and to the east and west by commercial units.
