Our commitment to the Shxwha:y Village community is reflected in various projects including the boulevard construction and planting, sidewalk construction, community landscaping and enhancement as well as park building on the river foreshore.

Additionally, in partnership with the Vancouver Bandits Basketball team and the Bandits Foundation, we built a new basketball court for the community, providing a space for youth and athletes to stay active, build skills, and connect through sport. These initiatives reflect our ongoing dedication to fostering a greener, healthier, and more inclusive community for all.

Canuck Place Children’s Hospice provides complex pediatric palliative care for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families across BC and the Yukon. A full life has many meaningful moments, and together with Canuck Place, our team at Headlands Environmental believes that the shortest lives should be the fullest of them all. Throughout the year we show our support with donations and donation matching, which help support families in living the end of life as fully as the beginning. One initiative close to our heart every year is the Lighting of the Dave Lede House in Abbotsford to help brighten the holiday season for the families.
